We can't think of a salon that better represents Minx than
Lulu's by Travis Parker. This gorgeous
little jewel of a salon provides
manicures and pedicures that range
from
essential to truly luxurious, with
customers raving about the friendly,
hip atmosphere. Upon entering the
salon, you are greeted by a stunning
wall painting of Lulu's signature
bird, and the elegant chairs,
old-fashioned copper tubs, and lovely
nail technicians make you feel like
you have happily fallen into the lap
of luxury.
Some of our favorite indulgent thrills
that this darling salon offers include
a glass of wine with your pedicure,
delicious bubble gum, strawberry, or
confetti-flavored foot baths, and
truly amazing foot massages.
Keri
Parker, owner of Lulu's by Travis
Parker, is a local celebrity with
numerous "best salon" citations and
together with her husband, famed hair
stylist Travis Parker, hosts NBC's
"Street Side San Diego" monthly
fashion segment. Keri is thrilled to
be offering Minx in her salon and we
asked her a few questions about this
new nail fashion.
Minx: What do you think about Minx
Nails?
Keri: We love them! Our salon is known
for our Japanese nail artistry, and
this provides us with an opportunity
to do much more for clients in a much
smaller time frame.
Minx: What kind of customer is really
digging Minx?
Keri: Every woman who wants to express
herself through fashion sees the
allure of Minx, but one group in
particular are brides and bridesmaids.
Brides want their nails to look
perfect with their bridal ensemble,
and to last through their honeymoon.
Minx also enables bridesmaids to match
their nails perfectly to their gowns,
and the longevity aspect of the
manicure is very appealing as no one
has time to repair chips. Plus, it's
always a fun experience for the girls
to get together for one of our Polish
Parties!
Minx: What is a unique reason your
client requested Minx?
Keri: We've seen that Minx is
definitely going to be popular for
corporate events too, since another
extension of branding is through the
actual person herself. One of our
clients is launching a bar, and all
the servers will be wearing the bar's
logo on their nails. I can't think of
a cooler way to market a new hotspot!
