Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by Minx Management. Return and Exchange policy for four basic product categories are below.

Minx Exchanges:

Unused, undamaged, and complete templates of Minx Professional may be exchanged for an equal number of other designs up to 2 months after ship date.

Client must contact Minx by telephone to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Client may then return the product, (shipping expense will not be reimbursed).
Client provides the correct name of the designs they wish to exchange for and a new, no-charge order is created for the replacement designs. Client will provide payment for return shipping of exchanged Minx.

Minx Tool Kit Returns:

No returns or exchanges of incomplete or partial kits.

Minx Heat Returns:

No exchanges or refunds will be given.
Faulty Minx Heat maybe exchanged within 90 days of ship date.
Client is issued an RMA number and a UPS Return Label / call tag.
Minx Heat is inspected upon receipt. Faulty Minx Heat will be replaced with a new Minx Heat, at no charge to the client.
Functional Minx Heat is returned to client with letter explaining it meets Minx QC standards.

Minx Accessory Returns

No returns or exchanges will be allowed.

Shipping Policy

All freight is F.O.B from Minx Headquarters in Fallbrook, California. Minx will ship using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or the United States Postal Service dependent on, but not limited to, the size of the order, the cost to the customer, and the speed at which the customer wishes to receive the order after it ships.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska:

Orders bound for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska are subject to the same freight policy as the contiguous states.

Lead Time:

Minx Inc, ship in 3 working days from receipt of payment.
